Project Management

Oakley Wood Master Construction offers a professional project management service to meet your construction needs. We work on a range of projects, from extensions and conversions through to larger commercial or heritage buildings. Please see out projects page for more details.

Our goal is always to provide customers with a seamless and stress-free experience. Where projects throw up unexpected challenges, or their scope changes along the way, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to respond swiftly.

As experienced project managers, we are used to dealing with planning and regulatory processes, including those relating to listed buildings and/or conservation. We can offer a helping hand if you’re unfamiliar with these, as well as liaising with inspectors and planning departments as required.

In the work itself, we organise and lead a team of expert contractors to complete your project to a high standard. We only work with contractors who we know can meet our high standards. We typically carry out any carpentry and joinery work ourselves.

Carpentry/Joinery

We offer expert carpentry and joinery work carried out to a consistently high standard. The quality of our workmanship, together with excellent customer service, means that much of our business comes from repeat customers and word-of-mouth recommendations. With 16 years’ industry experience, there are very few carpentry and joinery jobs that we can’t undertake. Our work on larger projects includes renovations and complete refurbishments, new builds, barn conversions, repurposing or extending properties and loft conversions. However, we’re equally at home working on smaller jobs such as building staircases, fitting kitchens and finding bespoke carpentry solutions.

The properties that we work on range from new builds to heritage and/or listed buildings.

Regardless of the type of property or size of the job, we apply the same meticulous approach and attention to detail.
